What geograhical area do we cover?
As you would expect we have a strong service ethic and we visit clients at home or in our London (Moorgate) office. Our range covers East London and most of Essex, including Braintree, Chelmsford, Witham, Kelvedon, Maldon, and areas around Ipswich in Suffolk.

How much does the mortgage service cost?
Firstly, there is no charge for an informal discussion to assess your mortgage requirement. If we work together you can elect either a typical flat fee of £540 and we will be paid a commission by the lender. The fee is split between £200 for work to obtain the decision in principle and £340 for the mortgage offer. Alternatively you can receive the commission from the lender and we will charge you a fee of up to 2% of the mortgage value. Remember that there is no charge for an informal discussion.
