Stamp Duty (SDLT) relief will end soon. Will property buying decrease? 
Research by YouGov indicates that demand for property in 2021, which has been the highest since 2007, was not entirely due to the tax relief in SDLT. It also indicates that demand for property will continue into 2022. (Mortgage Stategy Article
In our experience this demand is fuelled by Covid, which has seen buyers moving out of London in order to experience wider open spaces, larger properties with gardens for younger families. Add to this that current mortgage interest rates are at historically low levels which makes purchasing a home so much less costly and the market prospect is set to be bouyant for a while yet.
